The first virtual session for PIPMG to restart our program of guidance and networking for life science project managers.
This first one will aim to get people together for a short session and compare experiences of project management in the pandemic crisis.
We looked at:
Pros and cons of virtual meeting apps
What’s been the effect of pandemic on business / timelines?
Impact on those learning their trade as PMs / what skills needs has it highlighted?
The session featured breakout discussions with everyone sharing their views.
