Scott Crosson, SSM, PMP

Scott Crosson is a Director in IPM’s Boston office, where he leads a team of project management consultants helping Life Science companies to achieve their complex and critical initiatives.  He has supported the Life Sciences for over 12 years, including leading medical device new product introduction, manufacturing, and operations; and leading pharmaceutical business process improvements and regulatory submissions in the US and EU. Scott’s experience also includes business development, account management, and leading high-performing teams. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Engineering and Management from Clarkson University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Black Belt.
