Joyce Pinkham

Joyce is Vice President, Program and Alliance Management at Generation Bio, a small rapidly growing biotechnology company.  In addition to providing leadership to the Program and Alliance group at the company, Joyce is the Alliance Manager for the company’s first strategic collaboration.  She also provides Program Management support to the program team preparing for the company’s first development program.  Joyce has nearly 20 years of experience in the life science and technology industry with roles in project, program, portfolio and alliance management.  She has worked at companies ranging in size from 20 to over 50,000 people.  Joyce holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
