Routine risk management is fundamental to project management. These days most experienced PM’s will be doing some sort of risk identification and assessment.
We still find however that in many, even quite large and sophisticated organisations, it is not done at a high level of professionalism.
This course will help participants to introduce high-performance risk techniques to their teams and companies. We will review how an integrated, common way of managing risk can work across whole organisation and have ‘ownership’ by all functional team members. Also with a seamless review and communication process with Governance teams.
Participants will be able to learn via a typical, relevant case study; also by bringing their own issues to the group, to explore practical solutions, with like-minded peers.
This course was delivered to Project Management Office members of a major EU Pharma company during 2021 – and was rated as ‘Exceptional’.
The course runs over 3 * 2-hour live online sessions.
