Project teams most of the time do not take the big decisions, but often will have a pretty good grasp on what should be done. The complexity of decision making dynamics in our sector, particularly in organisations with many projects running, means that project teams frequently need to influence senior managers toward the best course of action.

This live, trainer-led session* will introduce a variety of practical tips to that help a team influence in the best way. Several strategies will be explored; Case study exercises will be done, and also participants will be encouraged to bring their own questions and feedback to share with others.

(*Note that to make online meeting time most productive, the topic will be spread via shorter sessions over several days)
